Long-billed curlew 2005 Texas Nongame Stamp Print by D.J. Cleland-Hura
The long-billed curlew is the larget North American member of the sand-piper family. This is the first Texas stamp art for California artist D.J. Cleland-Hura. In 1996, D.J. was the youngest winner in the history of the South Carolina Duck Stamp Contest. This signed and numbered limited edition print has an actual image size of 6.5" x 9" and a retail price of $148 each which includes the mint stamp. (Click image to see larger picture.)
